1-Year Standard Warranty

San Judas Tattoo offers a standard 1-Year Warranty from the date of shipping covering basic manufacturing defects including moving parts, plating, adhesives, ropes and leathers, and stones and setting on jewelry on most products purchased directly from San Judas Tattoo or from authorized resellers.

San Judas Tattoo’s 1-Year Warranty does not cover the following:

– Lost items or parts including stones.
– Physical damage or damage due to normal wear and tear, including stretching.
– Water damage.
– Plating degradation due to exposure to oils, perfumes, soaps or other external elements.
– Sample sale, off-price, or mark down items.

A copy of the purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase and to validate this warranty.

Within 30 days of Shipping: San Judas Tattoo will offer a one-time replacement of these products.

After 30 days of Shipping or items that are monogrammed, customized, or final sale: Please contact San Judas Tattoo Support at daniel@sanjudastattoo.com for assistance with your warranty repair or exchange.

We ask customers who purchase from authorized retailers to please utilize the retailer’s return policy prior to contacting San Judas Tattoo.

Lifetime Warranty on Select Fine Jewelry

San Judas Tattoo lifetime warranty covers certain high-end jewelry pieces regardless of where it was purchased, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty covers stones and settings. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or lost items.

All jewelry items eligible for lifetime warranty must be sent into San Judas Tattoo for repair. We do not offer replacement items.

Any lifetime warranty repairs include free return shipping. A copy of the purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase and to validate this warranty.
